What business book has made an impact on your professional career?
This question was tough for me to answer. There are so many terrific business books that I've read -- and even more waiting on my bookshelf. Many of them carry gems of wisdom that persuade me to re-read the books more than once.
As I contemplated this topic, I realized that a simple, yet very powerful book called out for attention. It's a book that I've read several times... a real page-turner that you can't resist... a book filled with gems of wisdom that I've underlined to remember.
That book is, "The Go-Giver Leader: A Little Story About What Matters Most In Business," by Bob Burg and John David Mann. It's a best-seller that has sold millions of copies around the world. A parable story about Ben, an ambitious young executive who needs to persuade 500 employee shareholders to agree to a merger that will save their company.
