Hello! I'm the founder of The Human Contract foundation - we inspire to a global 100 year movement about our human rights and human responsibilities. We do this by various institutes providing platforms for already exciting ngo, practitioners and people who are inlined with our mission of a more mature world. 

My background is over 20 years within leadership and human resources. I have also trained management teams in crisis management, and grief recovery, as well training hundreds of coaches in true coaching (just asking questions, not giving advice). I have also been training in the different leadership styles and when to use what style - tutoring, coachning and mentoring.

I gladly help and support with my competence and experience.
